About the role
Working within the Member Services team and under the mentorship of the Deputy Group CEO / General Manager Member Services, this role will provide varied administrative support to the activities and operations of the Member Services department. This is a full time, permanent position to start immediately, or at the earliest available date of the successful candidate. The Administration Coordinator (Member Services) will be responsible for the following duties:
- Database administration and maintenance including timely and accurate updates, preparing reports, processing member applications, and invoicing
- Providing first-class customer service to members and consumers through member engagement calls and attending to enquiries
- Coordinating and providing administrative support for Committee and AGM meetings – this includes room bookings, meeting notifications, agenda papers, minute taking and distribution
- Providing ad hoc administrative assistance for Area Managers
- Proofreading, formatting, and submitting various communications collateral
- Providing reception relief
- Demonstrated experience in providing exceptional customer/Member Services
- Exceptional attention to detail – you take pride in the accuracy of your work
- Computer software proficiency - Microsoft Office skills and the ability to pick up new software and databases
- Well-developed time management and organisational skills – you will be able to manage competing priorities through careful planning and communication
- Flexible, can-do attitude, and a strong sense of initiative
