Administration Assistant - Operations

Woods & Co Recruitment has partnered with a leading educational institution committed to inspiring learning experiences and fostering a diverse and inclusive environment. We are seeking an Operations Coordinator with blended Administrative Assistant duties.

You MUST be able to start on or before April 29th!

What do you do?

• Coordinate administrative procedures with the Director
• Assist with event coordination
• Administrative Coordination and organisation of examinations, parent teacher interviews and assemblies
• Provide administrative support to leaders
• Liaise with stakeholders
• Schedule and organise busy exam periods. 

 
What do you need?

• A current Working With Children Check (or willing to obtain)
• Be able to start on or before April 29th! 
• Outstanding administration and organisational skills
• You must have experience within Operations
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication skills
• You must be tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Strong commitment to exceptional service
