Catholic Life Administration Assistant
Aquinas College wishes to employ an enthusiastic, suitably qualified Catholic Life Administration Assistant to support Assistant Principal - Mission and the Catholic Life Team in performing their various duties and in the preparation for Religious events and activities.
This is a Part time (3 days a week) ongoing position. The role is Category B, Level (subject to experience), Education Support Employee (CEMEA 2022).

The successful applicant:
- will have an understanding of Catholic tradition, Mass and Liturgical events
- will have a demonstrated commitment to Catholic education and to the safety and wellbeing of children
- will possess well developed administrative skills, including experience with Google applications, MSWord, Excel, Email, PowerPoint etc.
- will possess the ability to prioritise and work in a flexible school environment
- will display excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to relate to students and staff alike
- will be reliable, well organised and able to maintain confidentiality
- will have relevant permissions to work in Australia
- will have a current Working With Children Check and Victorian Police Check
