The Opportunity
This position is a full time dedicated assistant role to the division in all areas of Administration and reports to the Managers and Directors of this team. You will be working in a fast paced role, and you will have the ability to work well under pressure and prioritise your workload.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of software. Strong organisation and keyboard skills. Experience with XERO, XPM, MYOB, ASIC and ATO Tax Agent would be advantageous.
Responsibilities:
- Being the main point of contact of the company
- Answering incoming calls and directing them appropriately
- Liaising with external bodies, ASIC and ATO
- ASIC Annual returns
- ASIC Incorporations
- New client onboarding
- Handling paper and electronic mail
- Other general administration duties when required
