We are a growing landscape design, construct and maintain business based on the Mornington Peninsula and have been in the business of building peoples dream spaces for over 15 years.
We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our team on a part-time basis. Your working week will be Tuesday/Wednesday 8-4.30 and Thursday 7-3.30pm totalling 24 hours (with some flexibility in this).
What will you do
- Assist with team support, meeting minutes, and administrative tasks.
- Prepare quotes and estimates, manage supplier lists.
- Coordinate marketing efforts, including social media and client communication.
- Handle reception duties, debtors follow-up, and invoice matching.
- Assist with HR tasks such as new hire paperwork and uniform management.
- Manage monthly and annual administrative tasks as required.
Have you worked in a trade-based business before assisting with administration, quoting, sales or scheduling? This could be the ideal position for you!
What are we looking for
- Marketing experience advantageous
- Quoting/estimating skills beneficial
- Basic HR knowledge would be a plus
- Familiarity with MY Job management software (Simpro) highly desirable
