Administration Assistant, Property Services
This position will be located in Lismore
Full time, permanent position commencing as soon as possible

Work Requirements:
- A current/valid Australian Driver’s License and eligibility to work within Australia for the period of the appointment.
Qualifications:
- Certificate IV in Business Administration, or similar preferred.
Work Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in a busy project office environment supporting a range of project team members
- Experience in contract administration is highly desirable
- Experience working with information that is confidential.
Key Capabilities:
- Demonstrated experience in providing high quality administrative and project support including creation and maintenance of project timelines and ensuring timely completion of tasks
- Demonstrated organisational skills and the ability to work well independently, and cooperatively within a team environment
- Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with a range of stakeholders
- Ability to manage competing demands and work well under pressure and to overcome obstacles and problem solve issues
- Proficient in Google Workspace applications, in setting up and managing online meetings using platforms such as Zoom and experience in the use of project management software is desirable.
Plus the following generic selection criteria:
- Knowledge of WHS and equity principles in the workplace
- Respect and uphold the ethos and teachings of the Catholic Church and the values of the Employer
- Understanding of best practice security and privacy practices within Google Workspace including knowledge of access controls and sharing settings.
