The Role
We are seeking a friendly and hard working full time Administration Assistant/receptionist to join our legal office in Cairns. They will:-
- be driven, eager and highly organised;
- display attention to detail whilst juggling various tasks around the firm;
- be blessed with good time management skills;
- be a quick learner;
- work cooperatively with the team and our professional colleagues, with a “can do” attitude; and
- have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
The successful applicant will be responsible for the following:
- Various administration tasks to support the team;
- Assistance with reception duties and diary management;
- Answering and directing phone calls;
- Photocopying, scanning tasks and electronic filing;
- Postal, courier duties and running errands;
- Downloading WorkCover files;
- Housekeeping duties; and
- In time, developing law-specific skills, with future promotional opportunities available in the longer term.
The role is based at our office in the Cairns CBD.
