We're on the lookout for an Administration Assistant to become a pivotal part of our Youth & Community Engagement team. This permanent, part-time role (22.5 hours per week) is based in Belmont, directly contributing to our mission of building resilient communities by providing key administrative support.
What You’ll Do:
Coordinate and schedule community events, school bookings, and manage travel and resource postings.
Play a crucial role in maintaining client relationships and assisting in the management of budgets and reports.
Engage actively in promoting St John WA's integrated health services, enhancing our service delivery.
Maintain meticulous records, ensuring the smooth operation of our Youth & Community Engagement initiatives.
Support our volunteers and staff, ensuring they are well-informed and recognized for their invaluable contributions.
What You Will Need:
Exceptional attention to detail and proficiency in managing administrative procedures.
A proven track record in providing outstanding customer service and administrative support.
Experience with Microsoft Office suites and the ability to adapt to various corporate information systems.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
Experience in planning, scheduling, and effectively managing professional correspondence and meetings.
