We are seeking a competent and reliable Administration Assistant to support our team and ensure efficient operation of our rapidly growing business. The position is residential to Biloela QLD, and is a Monday – Friday full time role.
Our ideal candidate will be organised, reliable, forward thinking and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
The position responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- General and varied administration support across the business
- Booking and managing employee accommodation
- Vehicle registration and paperwork
- Document preparation, editing and formatting
- Ordering PPE and other employee requirements
- Data entry
Requirements for the position:
- Proven experience as an Administration Assistant, personal assistant, or similar
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Ability to multi task and prioritise tasks effectively
- Detail orientated
