The Role:
We are seeking highly motivated and experienced administrators to start immediately in Melbourne's East.
Your exceptional organization and communication skills will be used to manage various administrative tasks and support our team in delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Duties may include:
- Photocopying documents
- General admin
- Accounts payable
- Bookkeeping
- Answering phones
- Reception work
- Assisting accountants
Skills and Experience
- Experience in administration documentation and Data entry is essential.
- Experience in accounts payable
- Book keeping experience highly regarded
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- Sound computer and system skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Must be reliable and committed
