Your new role
You will be handling a diverse range of responsibilities, including spare parts orders, quote preparation, stock management and dispatch, while also assisting in their warehouse with stock takes and occasional lifting. Additionally, you will assist with general office tasks such as reception duties, stationary orders, travel booking and maintaining cleanliness and efficiency in the office.
What you'll need to succeed
Your administration experience within a manufacturing industry will be highly beneficial, as well as:
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong initiative and ability to work autonomously
- High attention to detail and organisation
