We are seeking an organised, individual with high standards in their quality of work and attention to detail, who exhibits true passion in providing administration support to a multifaceted team.
The Role
The Administration Coordinator duties include the following;
- Accurate and timely management of outstanding patient accounts
- Billing of biological materials in storage
- Monitoring and administrative management of expiring biological materials in storage
- Administrative management of transport of biological materials
- Eclipse and Medicare billing
- Monitor & direct incoming emails, secure messages and results
- Perform internal quality audits via PMS reporting
- Sort incoming mail, clear post box and prepare outgoing mail
- Send correspondence letters on behalf of Clinicians
- Assisting with other generic administration tasks as required
About You
The successful candidate will have;
- Experience in medical administration including Medicare & Private Health Fund billing
- Proficient computer skills & experience in medical software packages
- Diligent and enthusiastic approach to work with high attention to detail, time management and multitask ability
- A high level of communication and interpersonal skills
- Maintaining confidentiality, patient privacy and all practice information always
- Providing professional service with a commitment to excellence
- An energetic and friendly disposition
- Ability to work autonomously within a fast-paced team environment
- A reliable and punctual work commitment
- Ability to learn new and diverse tasks that may be present in our expanding organization
