About the Job
LD TOTAL are currently looking for qualified and experienced Administration Coordinator with an ability to perform a mixture of administrative and hands tasks to join our Lot Packages Team. You must be enthusiastic, have a strong work ethic, and take pride in your work. Successful applicants will need to have a ‘can do’ attitude with a strong commitment to contribute as a part of a team. The position is available at our North Depots and is full-time position with an immediate start available.
This position requires someone with strong organisational and computer skills and the ability to move sideways when required.
Experience and Skills
- Relevant experience in all aspects of Perth Metro residential fencing and landscaping, including industry best practice, trouble-shooting and safety principles.
- Interpretation and assessment of site plans
- Maintain accurate records of installations
- Pre and post site checks for quality standards
- Ordering of materials
- Relevant experience in all aspects of domestic irrigation installation, industry best practice, trouble-shooting and safety principles
- Reliable, punctual and have excellent time management skills, with the ability to manage both fencing and landscape installers to aid in delivering projects to the highest level of service and quality.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including effective negotiation skills, the ability to problem-solve and interact with all levels of stakeholders, including the general public.
- Current manual Drivers Licence and White Construction Awareness Card. Forklift license a bonus but not necessary
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and iOS (Apple iPad)
