Ability Housing (AH) is an innovative, purpose-driven NDIS registered Specialist Disability Housing (SDA) provider. We commenced operating in 2019 with a management team from the health, human service and development fields. AH develop and manage contemporary codesigned homes for individuals living with complex physical, developmental or psychosocial health-related disabilities who desire to live a community-based lifestyle that responds to their needs and choices. We're seeking an experienced administration professional to join our Subiaco-based team; delivering outstanding and innovative customer-focused services.
Reporting to the Director you will support the office operations, so we can help people living with disabilities to access quality homes so they can live their best life.
As a Administration Manager you will be responsible for:
- Planning, streamlining, and executing administrative workflows and procedures
- Enhance our communication via phone, email, social and web channels.
- Maintain CRM, databases and registers
- Support Document management and quality control
- Events management- such as invitations and venue coordination
- General administration- such as, preparing presentations, meeting organization and preparing documents
- Input into systems and continuous improvement
- Safeguarding assets
- Personnel Management
You will ideally have:
- Broad-based administration skills
- Experience in the disability, human service or construction industry
- Experience in working with individuals living with disabilities
- Experience providing client-focused services, including the ability to work with a diverse range of clients.
- A talent for building relationships and working in partnership with clients
- Dynamic, enthusiastic personality with an ability to work well in a team environment.
- Flexibility and a ‘can do’ attitude
- Exceptional organisation skills and strong attention to detail
- The capability to work unsupervised as part of a wider team
- Computer literacy- Office365, Xero, Canva and PDF Pro
- Skills and experience in community housing or property management.
