The role:
- Full time (Flexible working hours available)
- Reception (face to face and telephone duties)
- General office duties
- Calendar and meeting coordination between clients and management
- Use of internal IMS System
What we are looking for from YOU!
- Confident, professional, pro-active personality with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Construction industry experience is desired, but not essential
- Microsoft office experience
- Effective time management skills and liaise with management and staff
- Ability to work independently with a go-getter attitude
- A desire to be part of the growth process and learn about the business and its systems.
