We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team as an Administration and Office Support. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the efficient operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally via phone, email, and chat.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
- Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping of products.
- Assisting with the preparation and distribution of correspondence and reports.
- Performing general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing
- Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or Office Support role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with basic office equipment such as printers, scanners, and copiers
