We are currently seeking an Administration Officer for our client; a world renowned engineering and defense / aviation company. The successful candidate will be supporting the team in Port Melbourne. This is a 3 month contract with the possibility to extend.
Key responsibilities:
· Answer incoming phone calls and email inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
· Data entry
· Assist the Operations team in organizing catering for internal/external meetings, and training.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key skills, experience, and attributes:
· Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office suite
· Experience in using database systems.
· Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills
· Ability to plan and prioritize workloads.
· Outstanding organizational and time management skills
