ARG Workforce has partnered with a global technology leader to engage an experienced Administration Officer / Customer Service for the following, full time permanent position based in the Kilsyth Area.
Specialising in the manufacturing of natural gas,diesel and power systems for trucks, plants and generators, you will be the single point of contract to assigned customers, managing the life cycle of orders.
The duties for this position include:
- Responsible for assigned customer accounts for the entire order life cycle (from new customer set-up, order entry/modification, escalations.
- Act as the single-point-of-contact to customers, parts distribution centers and/or manufacturing plants and cross functional departments to process and fulfil customer orders.
- Resolution of customer inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of all internal and external interactions in the appropriate database/system (Salesforce)
- Act as liaison between the customer and warehouse/dispatch.
- Support Customer Order Management departmental goals and initiatives.
- Additional responsibilities include rebate processing and customer claims.
