Our client is seeking a dedicated, motivated Administration Assistant to support the operations team of a National Transport Business.. This is a casual role for approximately an 8 week period, but there is the potential of extension. The ideal candidate will possess:
- Strong IT knowledge and computer skills
- Must have strong communication skills both written and verbal
- High degree of organisational skills and the ability to multi-task, learn quickly and be proactive
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide quality administration support to the operations team
- Filing, scanning and digital uploads
- General clerical and data entry skills a must
- Comply with all applicable health, safety and environmental laws, regulations and statutory obligations at all times
- Be alert for potential hazardous situations and report any hazardous situations in a timely manner
Required Skills/Qualification
- Excellent verbal communication
- Excellent organisational skills
- Fast paced working accumen
- IT Literacy
- Administration Experience
- Microsoft Office
