SLR Plumbing Solutions is a young, new age and rapidly evolving Moorabbin based plumbing company specialising in high end residential builds & custom built homes throughout Melbourne.

Having recently moved into a beautiful new office & factory space, we have an exciting opportunity for an office superstar to join our team.

The opportunity on offer: 

Reporting to our Business Manager, you’ll be involved in a broad range of administrative tasks to keep your days interesting. From scheduling our team in our job management system (SimPRO), ordering supplies & materials, organising staff events or managing our fleet of SLR vehicles, no two days will be the same. 

As well as administration for SLR, there may also be the opportunity to provide some assistance for a Cosmetic Injector and Beauty Therapist, who sub-let rooms within our offices.  Botox breaks anyone!?

Tasks include but are not limited to; 

  • Preparation and proofing of documents including quotes, invoices, job reports and other client correspondence.
  • Placing orders with our suppliers.
  • Managing incoming calls and directing them as appropriate.
  • Maintaining our online filing system and job scheduling software (SimPRO). 
  • Basic project management tasks (scheduling contractors, liaising with our suppliers and customers).
  • Ordering site annd office supplies.
  • Other administrative tasks as required.
  • Helping maintain our social media accounts. 
  • Office Management and general office housekeeping, including assistance with managing the space & tenants of our sub-let rooms.
     

Our ideal person: 

We are looking for an enthusiastic, tech-capable and self motivated person with initiative, a genuine knack for taking ownership of a task, strong communication skills and keeping our office & team running smoothly. 

You will have; 

  • Great organisational and time management skills.
  • A professional and direct manner. 
  • A strong and efficient work ethic. 
  • At least 3 years’ experience in an office environment. 
  • Computer literacy and competency in basic computer systems is essential.
  • Experience using SimPRO or similar job management software is desirable.
  • Experience in the construction or a similar fast-paced industry will be highly regarded.
  • An excellent customer service ethic with an upbeat, friendly personality.
  • A mature and confident manner.
  • An ability to manage conflicting priorities.
