SalaryWe are currently looking for a Client Engagement Support Officer to join our team on a permanent basis. No two days are the same in this role which is essential to the success of the business We are looking for multi-skilled, flexible, hardworking people who are keen to grow their career within a leading Defence supplier.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with Defence bids and tenders
- Salesforce database management
- Liaise with management and staff
- Prepare correspondence and reports as directed
- Data management and analysis
- Liaise with Supply Chain and Commercial
- Set up templates and documents for use in the CEM and CES team
- Ad hoc administrative tasks
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong Microsoft Word skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong administrative skills
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools
- Process oriented with good attention to detail
- Hold or have the ability to gain and maintain an NV1 security clearance (must hold Australian citizenship)
