THE OPPORTUNITY
Salary: $57,369 - $61,947 per annum pro rata + 11% super + annual leave loading (depending on qualifications and experience).
Time Fraction: Full Time, 1.0 EFT. Location: Glen Waverly campus.
WWCC: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining and maintaining an ‘employee’ Working with Children Check.

The Department of Early Childhood Education provides a progressive, innovative and supportive teaching environment with strong industry links. The department is currently seeking an enthusiastic and collaborative individual to be the first point of contact for students, staff and visitors, providing them with professional reception, administrative and quality information and customer service.
Duties include assisting the placement team with requirements as they arise, providing course information to industry, agencies and clients and supporting enrolment. Provide professional high-level administrative support to the department and ensure relevant data is collated to compliance and operational requirements.
ABOUT YOU
- Diploma of Business Administration or similar tertiary qualification in business, administration or related field, and relevant work experience preferably in the education sector.
- Well-developed customer service skills and telephone skills, providing courteous, informative and accurate responses to all enquiries.
- Written and verbal communication skills, and interpersonal skills, including an ability to relate professionally with a diverse range of people.
- Have qualities of a team player and collaborator and can also work independently.
- Competence in the use of the MS Office products, internet-based software applications and database management software.
