Duties & tasks:
- General administrative and customer service responsibilities;
- Quality check work received from our field Auditors to ensure jobs are completed within internal and external guidelines;
- Following up queries whilst providing exceptional customer service via email and phone;
- Maintaining the internal system; schedule of audits, dealer and auditor info, in accordance with standard procedures;
- Responding to email queries from both clients and auditors in a timely and professional manner;
- Always adhere to all confidentiality & privacy policies and procedures; and
- Providing support to the organisation through general office administration duties in an effective, efficient and proactive manner.
Skills & experience:
- 2 years previous administration experience in an administrative environment would be advantageous (medical, legal, automotive, construction, etc.);
- Proficient in the Microsoft office suite;
- Great interpersonal skills;
- A keen eye for detail;
- Show motivation and initiative in all working aspects/duties;
- Wholesale Finance or Automotive Dealership experience advantageous;
- Time management, organisational & multitasking skills;
- Professional, positive, and ethical attitude.
