We welcome an experienced and motivated part-time Administration Officer to join our dedicated Warralily Gardens Home team in Armstrong Creek.
Located on the doorstep of the beautiful Surf Coast, Warralily Gardens sets a new standard for residential aged care.
Central to the vibrant local community, Warralily Gardens offers the most extensive range of aged care facilities and services in the Geelong region with 155 beds.

- Permanent part-time position
- Tuesday - Friday

What you’ll be doing
- Reception duties including
- managing a busy switchboard
- meet & greet all guests
- accept deliveries
- Maintain procedures to ensure smooth management of front and back of house
- Manage rosters and minimise vacant shifts
- Support recruitment and education of staff
- Payroll related tasks
- Deliver exceptional customer services to all stakeholders
- Work collaboratively and strengthen relationships with other Administration Officers
Things that matter to us
- 2+ year’s experience in an administrative position
- Experience in aged care
- Knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards desirable
- Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses)
- NDIS Check
- Proof of eligibility to work in Australia
- Strong administration and time management skills and tech savvy
