The objective of the team is responsible for the efficient handling of visitor’s and visitor bookings and providing administration and data entry services to the Visits area.The Administration Officer performs tasks associated with customer service administration and data entry.What you’ll be doing Processing Visitors for their visitsProvide telephone and reception services to the Visits area.Enter visits bookings into systems.General administration duties to Visits area.Act at all times in accordance with the Code of Conduct.About you - your ideal skills & experience High level of oral and written communication skills. Ability to interact with visitors and officials appropriately. Ability to prioritise work requirements to ensure effective and efficient operations. High level computer skills.
