Mabi Services is a well established company based in the eastern suburbs providing building inspections and Consultancy, specializing in the strata industry and commercial real estate.
We have enjoyed a period of rapid growth and are currently looking for a self motivated and reliable person to join our Administration team.
The successful applicant will be responsible for assisting in all areas of administration, including, entering work orders, arranging appointments, allocating work to Inspectors, proof reading and finalising reports, invoicing and processing quotes.
Are you:

- Able to work unsupervised/independently
- Organised, able to prioritise and possess time management skills
- Professional, well presented, confident and well spoken with a pleasant phone manner
Do you have:
- An eye for detail
- Clear and concise communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to adapt to a variety of daily tasks
- Proficient computer skills (word, excel, outlook)
- Previous Administration experience
