This role is responsible for providing administration assistance to the Dangerous Goods and Explosives department, on a full time basis.

Tasks & Responsibilities
- Data entry of consignment notes
- Liaising with internal and external clients as well as suppliers to meet client’s requirements
- Raising and receipting of vendor purchase orders
- Assist DG customers with general invoicing enquiries
- Payroll processing and reconciliation for all DG departments
- Uploading signed documentation and maintaining the electronic filing system
- Assistance in safety and compliance auditing, reporting and data entry
- Coordination and support of management and team meetings
- General administration assistance in other parts of the business as required
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role within the transport industry
- Experience in data entry
- Excellent customer service skills
- Well-developed communication skills, both verbal and written
- High level of computer skills, including Microsoft Office software and e-mail
- Excellent Excel skills
- High level of attention to detail
