About The Opportunity

Drug & Alcohol Youth Services SWSLHD is recruiting for a Administration Officer Level 2 to complement and enhance the current department.

What You'll be Doing Provide a range of administrative support services to enable the team to achieve their objectives in a timely, reliable, patient focused and effective manner.

  • Demonstrated experience with data entry with the ability to self check for accuracy.
  • High level verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team.
  • High level clerical experience.
  • Exceptional computer skills including Microsoft applications of Word and Excel.
  • Demonstrated time management and prioritisation skills.
  • Ability to learn new systems, programs and procedures.
  • Willingness to support team and relieve meal breaks.
