We are looking for an Administration Officer/Report Formatter for a permanent full time position with immediate start.
Our clients are leading National insurance companies and legal firms from all states in Australia. They require us to have a strong focus on delivering consistent professional representation and to maintain integrity, confidentiality and a high level of ethical standards.
To be successful in this role you will have and demonstrate the following:
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Proactive and motivated attitude
• The ability, after training, to work autonomously
• Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office and Excel
• Ability to proof read and adjust reports to a high standard
• Advanced grasp of English and accurate typing skills
• Confident with general terminology of law and/or investigations
• Ability to support investigators in an administration capacity
• Exposure in the legal, police and/or insurance industry would be advantageous
Your attention to detail is imperative to this role as the work you will be doing may be presented in legal proceedings and you will be dealing with clients, lawyers and investigators. To be suitable for this role you must have excellent spelling & grammar, be well spoken, mature and have the ability to work under pressure.
