About the Company:
Blue Marble Health Services is a boutique NDIS-registered service provider based on the Gold Coast. We cater to Brisbane and Gold Coast regions, experiencing rapid growth, and currently offering an exciting job share opportunity within our Administration Team. The role involves a 3-5 day week within the office and also performing after-hours on-call duties.
Role Description:
We are seeking an individual capable of working independently in the office and from home after hours. Our focus is on maintaining strong relationships with Participants and stakeholders through clear communication and transparency. We value teamwork, adaptability, and a willingness to learn new software systems.
Responsibilities Include:
- Handling incoming calls during office hours; which include addressing staff and Participant inquiries and roster changes
- After-hours role: managing roster changes, addressing participant and staff inquiries, and crisis management. Our after-hours team works on a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
- Compiling handover reports for office staff during on-call periods;
- Maintaining registers
- Performing administrative tasks such as copying, scanning, and filing
- General office maintenance and utilizing design skills to create forms and documents;
- Undertaking ad hoc duties as required.
- Report Writing
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of administration experience;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google documents;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and an engaging personality;
- Ability to obtain NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid, and CPR certifications;
- Full COVID-19 vaccination;
- Flexibility to work from home;
- Prior experience in data entry, roster preparation, and customer service is advantageous.

Full training and support will be provided to the successful candidate.
