AddressAn exciting opportunity exists for a self-motivated and organised person to support the Community Development Directorate. Operating in a fast paced team environment, you will be pivotal in supporting the administrative requirements of a large and diverse group of teams that deliver customer facing services and functions to our community.
Reporting to the Director Community Development, you will demonstrate an ability to prioritise workflow, maintain timetables and schedules, respond to customer enquiries and undertake general administration, record keeping and procurement tasks.
The successful candidate will have had previous experience in an executive support role, high-level skills using the Microsoft office suite, a strong customer and community focus and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
This is a full time position with a base salary range of between $66,866 to $70,251 per annum dependant on demonstrated skills and experience + superannuation.
