We're Seeking a person with a passion for organisation and detail. Someone who gets satisfaction from keeping neat and up-to-date spreadsheets and databases. Someone with a great attitude who is willing to learn and grow.
Working with the daily accounts payable and receivables, you will also be responsible for assisting with general administration support such as preparing communications (email and LinkedIn) and event management (such as managing sponsor benefits or preparing delegate listing and nametags).
As we work with multiple clients, tasks vary from day to day, keeping the job fresh and variable.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Member database updates
- Assisting with receiving calls and general enquiries
- Banking duties
- Website content management
- Various administration tasks
Skills & Experience
- Experience with Xero desirable, although we are happy to train!
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain efficiency in your work
- Have good work ethic and great ability to build rapport
- Good time management, multitasking and prioritisation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
