About the Role 

As an integral member of the team your daily duties will include but not be limited to: 

• Responding to emails and incoming calls
• Confirming appointments via phone calls and managing 
• Scheduling routes and managing appointments
• Invoicing 
• Social Media posts 
• Assisting Director with the odd task 
• Managing Orders
• Incredibly organized 

About You 

Along with your strong work ethic and problem solving ability:

Advantageous but not compulsory 

• Familiar with areas of Melbourne 
• Familiar with Home Care My Aged Care Packages
• Good with Social Media
