Our client, a reputable mid-sized Legal Firm is currently searching for an Administrative Assistant with a passion for the Legal industry to join their growing business. This is a junior style role that requires you to work full time hours, Monday through to Friday with the opportunity for occasional working from home options. THE ROLE
- Reception duties
- Visitor and contractor management
- Responding to inbound calls and messages
- Calendar management
- Document preparation and formatting
- Catering for company events
- Stationery management & orders
- Assist in onboarding of new staff
- General housekeeping responsibilities

- Ideally 1-2 years’ experience in a similar administrative role,
- Able to work full time hours (Monday to Friday – no part time/casual student hours )
- Strong written communication and typing abilities (50+ wpm)
- Excellent interpersonal skills to provide top quality service and build rapport with clients and colleagues
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail supplemented by efficient organizational routines
- Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines
- Level of discretion to maintain confidentiality
- Salary of $45-60K+s dependent on your experience and skills
