Parkville location, with multiple public transport options available
$58,443 - $63,996 (pro-rata for part time) + salary packaging + super + 5 weeks annual leave

About Maternal Fetal Medicine
The Department of Maternal-Fetal Medicine provides tertiary level pregnancy care for maternity patients of the Royal Women’s Hospital. The Department incorporates the Pregnancy Day Care Centre (PDCC) and various specialist maternity service clinics throughout the hospital.
About the Role
As as Administrative Assistant you will provide receptionist, administrative, and general office support to staff within the multidisciplinary department.
Your duties will include the following:
Provide a high level of customer service and support to all patient, visitors and staff
Assist with receptionist duties associated with the Pregnancy Day Care Centre and the Department of Maternal Fetal Medicine specialist clinics
Information and data management
Additional administrative tasks as appointed
About You
Your high level of interpersonal skills, along with your professionalism and courteous and empathetic mannerism, will assist you to excel in this role.
To be successful in this role you will need to have:
Previous clerical experience, preferably in a hospital setting
Previous experience using patient management software
High organisational and time management skills
Excellent customer service skills including ability to communicate effectively with consumers, carers and their families
The ability to provde leave replacement as required
