The Role:

Reporting to our Manufacturing Manager your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting the manufacturing operations and logistics in all functions of support services for the Wonthaggi Manufacturing Team
• General administrative duties 
• Develop/maintain excellent professional relationships with all staff.
• Participation in specific project related tasks as required.
• Ensure the effective and responsible use of all company resources.
• Understand and abide by all company policies including business expense reimbursement via Concur.
• Conduct work in line with the company Occupational Health & Safety Policies and Procedures.
• Take meeting minutes and action OHS administrative duties
• Provide timely internal and external customer satisfaction reporting as required.
• Any other adhoc tasks as requested by the Manufacturing Manager

Skills and experience:

• Previous experience in an Administration/Support role
• Reliable and punctual 
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience working the Hardware/Garden/Bunnings industry would be highly desirable
• Must be computer literate and experience with Pronto would be advantageous upon application
• Previous role as First Aider/Health and Safety Representative would be highly regarded
