The Role: We are pleased to offer the position of Administrative Specialist, where you will play a vital role in our team, working alongside experienced Advisers, Paraplanners, and Customer Relations Managers. In this position, you will receive comprehensive training in administration, allowing you to seamlessly integrate into our team and assume various responsibilities.
Responsibilities: As an Administrative Specialist, you will:
- Support the Adviser team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Speaking to our clients on a daily basis.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm, organisational skills, and versatility in administrative functions.
- Collaborate with a dynamic and forward-thinking team.
- Exhibit excellent computer proficiency.
- Prioritise customer satisfaction.
- Embrace flexibility and innovation.
- Experience in the finance/superannuation industry is preferred.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with meticulous attention to detail.

- Experience using Financial Planning Software is highly desirable.
