Our client is a well-established and leading provider of prestige construction equipment and due to ongoing growth, they are currently seeking a strong Administrator to add to their team. This company has 2000+ employees and are in operation in every state across Australia!
What will this position entail?
This role will see you working predominantly within our client’s Technical Servicing Department, assisting with the below:
- Providing administrative support to the technical team from initial enquiries to the processing of quotations and sales documentation.
- Scheduling in various services of equipment and calendar management.
- Raising invoices and purchase orders.
- Dealing with any potential servicing problems or queries with bookings.
- Any other general administrative tasks where required.

To be suitable for this role, you will need to possess the following:
- Previous experience within a technical & servicing administration position.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to pass a full medical and drug and alcohol test.
- Full-time working rights and available for an ongoing position.
