1 - Administrator - Osborne Park

$38-40ph (depending on experience)

Mon-Fri 7:30 to 4:40pm

3 months work at this stage

This role will consist of data entry mainly into cloud-based systems, as well as communicating with site. You will be required to have strong admin/data entry experience in mining or similar), strong communication skills, intermediate excel skills and knowledge of SAMS is an advantage.

2 - Office Administrator - Malaga

$38ph

Mon-Fri 8 to 4pm

Ongoing position

This role will be attending to all admin emails as well as answering and redirecting calls. You will also be sorting all PPE for workers. You will be required to have Microsoft Office experience (word, excel etc).

3 - Training Administrator - West Perth

Mon-Fri 8 to 5pm

Temp with view to go permanent

$40ph

In this role you will be responsible for updating the personnel database, qualifications, and competency timely. Enter and administer online training via business systems, liaise with the mobilisation team regarding site training and provide support to lead compliance & training to achieve training deliverable's. You will be required to have previous training in admin/compliance experience (preferably in mining), strong attention to detail and who can prioritise their workload effectively.

4 - Administrator - Osborne Park

Mon-Fri 8 to 5pm

6 month contract at this stage

$35-38ph (depending on experience)

This role will be providing admin/data support to supply team, responding to emails, and ensuring they all are actioned in a timely manner. You are required to have Administration experience (preferably in mining). If you have experience using the system COUPA is an advantage. Strong attention to detail with strong communication skills.
