As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administration / Recruitment Resourcer.
Position Overview: As an Administrator, you will be an integral part of our talent acquisition team. Your primary responsibilities will involve providing administrative support to the recruitment process, sourcing and identifying potential candidates, and ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow within the recruitment cycle.
This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organisation while developing valuable skills in both administration and recruitment. We expect this position to expand in the first 9mths with the successful candidate upskilling to a Senior Recruiter – Temporary Labour Hire Consultant.
This is an autonomous role with fantastic career prospects, full-time hours (8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday – Thursday & 8:30 am to 4-00 pm Friday), located in our Sunshine Coast Head Office in Minyama.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including scheduling interviews, managing candidate communication, and maintaining accurate records.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments to identify potential matches for open positions.
- Collaborate with recruiters to understand client requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Utilise various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
- Maintain a candidate database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
- Assist in the coordination of recruitment events, job fairs, and other talent acquisition initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in administration
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (FastTrack) is a plus.
