Duties
- Manage and efficiently action inbound customer calls and enquiries
- Provide professional customer service to both internal and external customers
- Ability to prioritise and perform duties in a fast paced and varied role
- General administration support to various stakeholders
- Data entry
- High volume customer interaction – phone and email
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence ensuring timely responses and appropriate resolution
- Facilitate flow of information between customer, sales, operations, administration and management
- Able to multi-task and demonstrate an enthusiasm and determination to perform duties in a fast paced and varied role
- Other duties as requested
About you:
- Administration experience is essential
- Experience in a similar role – including high-volume customer support
- Experience in the transport, logistics or service industry – preferred but not essential
- Excellent data entry skills and an eye for detail
- Able to work well within a team and autonomously
- Be dedicated and reliable; we are an essential service industry
