Administrator

Randstad is recruiting for an experienced administrator to join a large civil infrastructure company based in Arundel. You will be joining a team who are responsible for delivering on high profile projects and contracts.
Key duties:

• Administration support to the team
• Developing agendas, managing office supplies, minute taking and distribution, booking maintenance
• Co-ordinate the day to day business operations from checking and responding to emails
• Constantly communicate with and support all stakeholders

Skills/experience required

• Excellent administrative experience
• Strong Administration skills, experience in minute taking.
• Strong Organisational Skills required.
• Ability to work autonomously when required

This is an initial 2 month assignment with the possibility of permanent employment and extension. Based in Arundel and starting on 27th March. Hours will be Monday-Friday 8am-4pm.
