NTK Industries is seeking an experienced office administrator starting March/April 2024.

NTK Industries supplies aluminium windows and doors, glass and logistics to a large range of residential, commercial, and industrial products, across Northern Territory and the Kimberley's.

We are looking for a motivated office administrator with the following:

• A positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and excel in the industry
• Exceptional Math and English
• Interest in learning Auto-Cad
• Microsoft Suite Experience
• Ability to complete repetitive tasks and pay attention to details
• Self-Motivated with a strong work ethic
• Respectful to customers and team members
• Reliable, prompt and be able to communicate effectively.
• Willing to work overtime when requested

What your role at NTK Industries includes (but not limited to)

• Quoting (glass and manufacturing orders)
• Invoicing (glass and manufacturing orders)
• Aged receivables
• Scheduling (glass and manufacturing orders)
• Payroll for 12-15 team members
• Communications with customers
• Auto-Cad drawings (if interested in learning)
• Processing orders to production team
• Work Health and Safety responsibilities
• Administration tasks requested by managing directors, office manager and other supervisors.
