Job Description:Our Street Cleaning team managing the City of Melbourne and City of Yarra contracts represents one of our largest street cleaning management contracts in the business & Industry sector in Melbourne. The contract covers the City of Melbourne and City of Yarra precincts. Our work will cover everything from Street & Lane Cleaning, Street Furniture, Architectural features, weed clearing and Major Festivals & events.We are seeking a Contract Administrator support at the Melbourne office to be part of the business & Industry Street cleaning team reporting to the Contract manager. This is a unique opportunity to join this team working with this important client.
Responsibilities:- Receipt of incoming calls
- Receive request for purchase orders, issue and update the purchase order in our systems - Coupa
- SAP payroll
- Perform all branch administration functions
- Allocate service calls to the Supervisor or the appropriate sub-contractor
- Ensure all KPI deadlines are meet
- Input of data into Pathway
- Planned preventative maintenance administration
- Timesheet collection and data entry T & A
Qualifications:With such a challenging role, you will come to us with:
- Proven ability to priorities tasks to ensure all key tasks are performed in a timely and efficient manner
- First aid certificate (desirable)
- Good knowledge of computer systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Good knowledge of SAP
- Good Knowledge of Sales Force
- Mid-level understanding of accounting
- High degree of accuracy
- Good standard of oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to establish and maintain an effective customer relationship
