Our client is currently seeking a full-time administration assistant in Sydney due to an internal promotion. This role will involve working at both the Penrith and Campbelltown sites.
About you:
You are an experienced Administration Assistant who has previously worked in a similar role. You have a great understanding of the administration practices and the skills required to carry out general day to day duties.
About the role:
As the administration assistant your role will involve providing support to the Administration team in their daily office operations. This includes tasks such as maintaining records, managing emails, controlling documents, entering data, and handling copying and scanning duties. Additionally, you will be responsible for finalizing assessment documentation, assisting with accounts and funds management.
Roles and Responsibilities Include but not limited too:
- Completing course enrolment documentation and requirements
- Data entry including Penelope database.
- Coordinating team calendars for program events.
- Assisting Partnership Officers with managing referrals and recruitment.
- Assisting in the development of youth workshops and short courses focused on engaging, motivating, and inspiring young people.
- Finalizing assessment documentation.
- Assisting with accounts and funds management.
- Maintaining and ordering resources such as stationary, PPE and equipment.
- Event management including graduations, team functions and youth events.
- Coordinating site and staff inductions; and
- Filing and photocopying
Essential Requirements:
- At least 6-12 months + administration experience
- Clear communication both verbal and written.
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, ect.)
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
