Who are we? 

DevelopAg is an agricultural development company centrally located in the Maranoa district. We offer complete end-to-end property development services including water infrastructure, livestock infrastructure, earthworks services and vegetation management. We are a diverse team, with extensive experience in large-scale agricultural and pastoral projects.

The Opportunity

Developag is presently seeking an experienced administrator with excellent attention to detail to join our growing team. Reporting directly to the Accounts and Finance Manager you will be responsible for: 

  • Accounts Payable & Receivable
  • Client Invoicing
  • Weekly Reconciliation of Company Accounts 
  • Timesheet Entry & Payroll
  • Employee Onboarding and Documentation
  • Company and OHS policies and procedures
  • Data Entry
  • General Administration duties as directed

You will possess excellent organisational and time management skills, taking pride in effective planning and prioritising to produce accurate work outcomes, continually meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.

To excel in this role the following experience and attributes are essential:

  • Proficient in the use of accounting software (Xero/MYOB)
  • Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Positive outlook and can-do attitude 
  • Motivated and adaptable self-starter 
  • Trustworthy, accountable, responsible, and reliable

Our Offer

Competitive above-award wages and remuneration packages are available and will be negotiable depending on attitude, experience, and level of responsibility.
