Administrator - Perm Part Time

As part of the group Lindsay Transport is the largest transporter of fresh produce in Australia, specialising in temperature sensitive, time-slotted freight into Central Markets and major Grocery Distribution Centres to help our customers best meet their national supply chain needs.  Lindsay Rural and the Hunters business provide essential services and products to rural Australia across most Australian growing regions.
Today we employ over 1,800 exceptional individuals, with roughly 35% based in Regional Australia, and together we service over 1.5 million tonnes of temperature-controlled freight every year across the country.
 
The Role:
 
A brand-new role based at our Brisbane Depot in Acacia Ridge. We are looking for an Administrator to assist our Brisbane Workforce Coordinator.
 
This is a Part Time role of 20-25hours per week with the spread of hours and days open for discussion.
 
Your main responsibilities will include:

• Scanning & auditing driver runsheets, work diary pages, safe drive plans
• Liaising with drivers for any paperwork corrections
• Management of uniform orders
• Other ad hoc administration

About you:
 
To succeed in this role, we anticipate you will be able to demonstrate:

• Prior administration and data entry experience
• Positive attitude, great communication skills with the willingness to learn
• Have good organisation and planning skills
• The ability to undertake a range of administrative tasks
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications
