The opportunity
We are looking for an Administrator to support and join the team in one of our subsidiaries (Training Organisation) that offers training for machinery, cranes, worksite courses. The role will provide ongoing support and will be based in Babinda, QLD.
What the role entails
• Taking payments via cash or Eftpos,
• Filing paperwork
• Responding to queries regarding trainings
• Ensuring forms of ID for students are taken and their enrolment forms are filled out accurately
• General Administration
• Supporting the team other duties as required
What you will need
• Relevant Qualifications
• Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within heavy industry
• very good literacy and is tech competent
• Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
• Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
• Strong verbal and written communication
