Your new role
Will involve providing office service activities, including document and records management, mail services and messenger services. Day to day responsibilities will include:
- Entering information into computerised records systems
- Register and monitor locations of files
- Prepare records for archiving
- Retrieval of records from off-site storage
What you'll need to succeed
- Ability to prioritise workload efficiently
- Can build rapport and build strong connections with stakeholders
- Flexibility as you may be required to work with various teams
