Your new role
As the Executive Services Officer will be to provide a range of executive and administrative services to support the activities of the Office of the Executive Director. The role will be sitting within their Human Resources branch. You will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties:
Coordinate diary appointments
Receive visitors and welcoming delegations to the division
Organise Executive Director's liaison with other senior executives
Act as first point of contact by screening, responding or directing enquiries
Minute taking
Arrange meetings and conferences including venues, travel arrangements and accomodation
Maintain their records management systems
Preparation of documents for approval
What you'll need to succeed
Prior public sector experience
Willingness to undergo a criminal history check if required
Previous experience working in an administrative-based role
